I have been a primary school teacher since 2002. During that time I have led many curriculum areas but in 2010 I was lucky enough to participate in an Outdoor Environmental Education course run through Linköping University in Sweden. To this day, it is still the best CPD I ever had. It changed everything for me and having seen first hand the benefit of the Scandinavian approach, I was able to bring some elements in to my teaching back home. It was in 2017 I took the full leap into the outdoors and trained as a Level 3 Forest School Leader and set up Green Earth Learning. I'm now in a privileged position to see first hand the impact being in the outdoors can have on our young people and the environment in which they play.

Nature connection will always play a key role in Green Earth Learning and my sister, Tasha, came on board to develop our product range. It's ever changing and developing, but there will always be a link to nature, whatever we make or source!

The environment is obviously very important to us and, although we are not perfect, the little changes we make along the way with our raw materials and packaging, we hope to help make a better difference to our world.
